Grief Coaching

After losing my aunt and mother unexpectedly and then finding out about infidelity and divorce 3 weeks later, I didn’t want to go talk about my grief in a room full of others. I wanted to process it, work through it and rebuild my life.

I found a training course called Building a Life After Loss and, after going through it myself, decided to become a coach.
 
I combine the foundations of growth, grief support, healing and rebuilding the mind with my own experience in art (or self expression), somatic body practices and yoga to move grief through the body.
 
Each weekly lesson will follow a chapter in the workbook as well as a toolkit of expression, yoga and somatics. Weekly homework will be reviewed during weekly Zoom calls. This program is about doing the work.
